第一课时(Get ready ＆ Start up)
教学目标 会认、听、读、写描述天气情况的词汇，突破故事和歌曲中的生难单词及词组；能掌握并使用句型“—What’s the weather like —It’s ...”询问和描述天气情况。（语言能力） 2.通过询问和描述天气情况，帮助学生感受自然，提高学生尊重自然、爱护环境的意识。（文化意识） 3.增强学生对自然的认知感和重要性，让学生们学会观察和认识世界，建立学生们“人与自然”和谐相处的思维。（思维品质） 4.锻炼学生在日常情境中的口语表达能力，增强学生自信心；让学 生学以致用，在现实生活中活学活用，熟练地谈论天气。（学 习能力）
教学重点 能熟练掌握句型“What’s the weather like ”询问天气情况；能够熟练运用句型“It’s ...”描述天气；理解和复述Start up故事内容。
教学难点 单词“weather/rainy/diary”的发音；理解名词到形容词的转换；能够独立的输出对话及故事内容。
教学过程 批注
Step 1 Warm-up&Lead in 使用同主题歌曲做warm up，既可以迅速破冰， 也可以营造热闹、良好的学习氛围，提高学生的参与度和积极度。 而通过歌曲引入到今日教学主题，衔接流畅，且情境自然。
Warm up Listen and follow 教师播放歌曲What’s the weather like today 的动画视频，在此环节时教师在教室内巡回走动，并引导学生看视频跟唱。 T: I have a video for you. Let’s watch and try to follow. Lead in 教师询问学生们歌曲的内容，引出今日所学单元主题weather，带 读教授单词weather，并且通过图示引导学生们理解其意思。教师 板书：weather。 T: What a great song! What’s the song about Boys and girls. Ss: ... T: Yes, the song is about weather. Read after me ... And pay attention to “ther”. We know mother and father. So “ther” is / /. Read one more time. Look at the picture, what’s the meaning of weather Ss: 天气。 T: Super! Today let’s learn more about weather.
Step 2 Presentation&Practice 展示不同的天气情况，让学生们切身体会天气与自然，强调了教学主题，加强了学生的理解和记忆。 设计多个单词操练游戏，加强学生们对词汇读音、意思的记忆。 且由简入难，层层递进，让学生们慢慢掌握词汇。形成螺旋式上升的学习方式。 详细讲解名词到形容词的变换规律，让学生们感受英语学科的魅力，体验语言学科的应用规则。 根据故事中的情景，让学生理解和学习生难词汇、语法及句子的表达和用法，加深学生们的理解。另一方面，通过讲练结合培养学生们活学活用的能力。 结合故事剧情和所学知识，让学生多次熟悉和独立输出句型，再来呈现正确的描述。 增强学生的语言自信心和表达欲望。 且对重点句型的记忆更加深刻。 操练活动包含口语、 听力和理解等多形式。从多个方面检验学生对所学知识的掌握程度， 有利于教师及时了解学生的学习情况，调整之后的教学重点。其次，也锻炼学生们独自完成练习的能力。
Presentation Get ready Learn new words.（单词学习） （1）课件中呈现不同的场景（天气情况），教师带领学生们学习相应的描述天气的词汇。（P4-8） T: Look! What’s the weather like Ss: ... T: Yes. It’s sunny(cloudy/windy/rainy/snowy/cold) now. 教师呈现单词并播放音频，学生跟读。其次，教师引导学生们通过场景图示理解单词意思，并进行单词操练（操练游戏：开火车、大小声、男女声等）。教师板书单词：sunny，cloudy，windy，rainy，snowy，cold。（教授后两个单词时，可以让学生们尝试输出完整的句子“It’s ...”） （2）Look and read. 课件呈现所学的不同天气情况图片，学生们针对图片说出相应单词，教师再带读。针对不熟的单词，可再次进行单独操练。 T: Now look at the pictures, please tell me the words one by one. Ss: Weather, sunny, cloudy ... T: Good job, kids. Now read after me. Practise the words.（单词操练）（P10-11） Look and say. 课件呈现天气图片，学生们需说出单词，正确 并快速的学生可得到奖励/积分。 T: This is the weather report. Please look at the pictures and say the words. If you are right and first one, you can get the prize/point. Read it louder. 课件依次呈现单词，学生们看到单词，需大 声读出，并说出中文释义。之后，单词会一一消失，学生们需说 出消失的单词。 T: OK. Let’s continue. I’ll show you some words, please read it louder and say Chinese. Are you ready Ready go! Ss: ... T: Now the words will disappear, pay attention and say out the words. Listen and sing.（歌曲学习）（P12-15） （1）课件呈现教材P26 Get ready Part 1内容。 T: Just now we knew some words to describe weather. Now try to sing a song about weather! 歌曲分两段进行教授，先播放音频，让学生们尝试跟唱。再讲解 并教授生难单词。熟悉生难单词后，教师再来完整教授歌曲，让 学生跟唱练习。然后请同学们上讲台展示（P15）。 （2）整合生难单词中的名词（sun，cloud，wind，rain，snow）。 学生认读并学习单词，教师导入相对应的形容词（sunny，cloudy， windy，rainy，snowy），让学生们观察名词和对应的形容词，并 总结变换规律。 T: Look! These words are all nouns. And these are all adjectives. From nouns to adjectives, what rule can you find Ss: ... T: 在名词后添加固定的后缀可以将其变为形容词。例如，这些单 词是添加了字母“y”，变成了形容词。 教师板书：sun-sunny，cloud-cloudy，wind-windy，rain-rainy， snow-snowy 名词添加固定后缀（-y）可以将其变为形容词。 In focus.（关键句型学习）（P16） 教师讲解关键句型，让学生们理解句型的意思及句式结构，并进 行操练。教师板书：-What’s the weather like -It’s ... Look and write. Get ready Part 2（P23） T: There are some beautiful pictures. What’s the weather like in these pictures You can write some words. I’ll choose students to share their answers. Start up Read and answer.（故事教学） PPT展示Start up Part 1的情景图片（P24）。 T: Look at the picture. Who are they Ss: Amy and Sam. T: Yes, Amy and Sam want to go out to play! What’s the weather like now Ss: It’s sunny/hot. 教师分图片进行教授，过程中教师可通过提问引导学生理解和加 深对文本的印象。 （1）Picture 1: T: They want to go outside. So they talk about weather. Sam asks “What’s the weather like ”, Amy answers “It’s sunny and warm.” Read it together. What’s the meaning of warm, do you remember Ss: 温暖的。 T: Yes, repeat after me. And Amy says “We can go out to play.” 句中 go out指的是离开；外出，而“we can”则是描述我们能做某事…… 教师再次带读生单词和知识点，其后播放音频，学生跟读。可选 择学生进行角色扮演。 （2）Picture 2: T: Look and guess, what’s the weather like now Ss: ... T: OK. Let’s check ... 教师进行本页的教学和带读操练。本页重点为天气情况的描述。 （3）Picture 3: T: How about now Ss: It’s rainy. 教师进行本页的教学和带读操练。询问学生下雨时需要的服装或 者雨具。逐个展示雨具和相应服饰的英文单词，并适当进行教授 （会读，了解即可）。让学生们观察故事Picture 4-6，找出孩子 所用的“雨伞”（P29）。 （4）Picture 4: T: The girl says “Look! I’ve got a good idea.” 句子中I’ve 是I have， have got则意为有；拥有，而good idea指的是好主意。 教师进行本页的教学和带读操练。然后询问学生们这个“good idea”具体指的什么。 T: What’s her good idea Ss: 将大叶子作为雨伞。 （5）Picture 5-6: 通过提问，让学生们熟悉故事内容。 提问及选项：Are their umbrellas great Yes. No. Do they help others Yes. No. 每一幅图片内容教授完后，教师播放音频，学生跟读。教师再次 带读，让学生熟悉句子和故事情节。时间充足的情况下，可选择 个别学生或小组进行角色扮演。 Practice. Read and answer.（P32-34） 课件上呈现Start up Part 1的情景图片，教师播放音频，学生进行 跟读。个别读音难的单词，老师可单独进行带读操练。 Watch and follow.（P35） 播放Start up Part 1动画视频，学生观看视频并跟读句子。学生再 次熟悉情境，练读。 Read again and match.（P36） 课件上呈现Start up Part 2的内容。老师先带领学生熟悉题目和做题方法。让学生自行完成，之后教师选择学生分享和核对答案。 Listen, tick(√) and say.（P40） 课件呈现Start up Part 3的图片。教师可先讲解表格和表格需要 填的内容。 T: Look at this table. It’s weather diary. Dairy means “日记”. Read after me. And now you should listen to tape carefully and tick the correct weather. 教师播放音频，学生完成题目。结束后，请同学分享答案，再听 音频核对答案。 Work in pairs. Point, ask and answer.（P41） 课件呈现Start up Part 4的图片，并呈现对话“—What’s the weather like —It’s ...”，让学生进行问答对话。
Step 3 Consolidation&Extension 三个活动考验了学生对语言的综合运用能力，运用所学语言进行输出。
Ask and answer.（句子操练） （P17-22） 课件呈现不同的天气图片，让学生们根据图片进行问答造句。 T: Look at the picture, ask and answer with your partner. I will choose students to make a dialogue, who can try 2. Read and complete.（故事操练）（P37-38） 课件中呈现Start up的文本，部分重点单词、词组或句子已被挖空。 学生们需要将文本补充完整。根据学生们的完成情况、熟练程度 等评出表现的最好的学生或组别，对此给予奖励/表扬。 3. Role-play.（P39） 学生分组并分角色扮演故事中的角色。练习后教师选择个别小组进行展示。根据发音、流利度和表演情况进行评分。评选出角色扮演最佳小组。
Step 4 Summary&Homework
1.小结:（师生先共同口头总结，再用PPT完整呈现） Words: weather, sunny, cloudy, windy, rainy, snowy, cold Key sentences: —What’s the weather like —It’s sunny and warm. 2.作业: 抄写本课所学新单词，每个两遍； 听录音，熟练跟唱Get ready part 1歌曲； 听天气预报，记录不同地方的天气情况，并仿照In focus编 写两组对话。
