语篇研读
What: 该语篇围绕“社区中的职业”展开。陈杰向Sarah介绍自己的邻居是一名警察,她帮助了很多人,Sarah则回应那太棒了。语篇利用插图呈现了社区中的五种职业。 Why: 该语篇旨在帮助学生认识社区中的不同职业,学习描述他人的职业及职责,从而了解职业的多样性和重要性,培养尊重劳动者的意识。 How: 该语篇是较为典型的日常对话,其中涉及五种有关职业的词汇:cleaner,cook,police officer,delivery worker,bus driver;涉及介绍某人的职业及职责的句型“... is a ... He/She (helps) ...”。对话情节简单,易于理解。
教学重点及难点
教学重点:能够听、说、认读五种有关职业的词汇;能够运用句型“ ... is a ... He/She (helps) ... ”介绍 某人的职业及职责。 教学难点:能够在真实或模拟的情景中正确使用句型“ ... is a ... He/She (helps) ... ”介绍某人的职业及 职责;能够根据图片场景、服饰特点或具有代表性的动作等推断某人的职业。

He/She (helps) ...”介绍某人的职业及职责。(学习理解) Step 1 Revision & Lead in Fill in the blanks and say 课件中呈现已挖空的A Let’s talk文本,学生根据上节课所学的 内容补全文本内容并独立输出。教师可将学生分为小组多次 进行活动。 Talk about the jobs. 展示多张职业图片(医生doctor,清洁工cleaner,教师teacher, 消防员firefighter,农民farmer,护士nurse),学生根据呈现的 动画独立输出句子“He’s/She’s a ... He/She ...”去描述对应的职 业和职责。例如:He’s a cleaner. He cleans the community. T: Look! There are lots of jobs. Let’s describe them. For example, he’s a cleaner. ... Now you please have a try. Lead in. 教师提出社区的含义以及社区的重要性,引导学生理解这一概 念,其次说出社区中所需要的职业以及重要的职业。 T: Now we live in the community. (讲解community的含义) 介绍完后,可选择学生说出自己对community的理解。 T: What jobs does our community need And what jobs are important in our community Step 2 Presentation & Practice Learn more jobs. 针对学生对上一环节的思考和回答,教师引出今日将学习 的职业类词汇(cook,police officer,delivery worker)。 首先呈现职业对应的场所和图片,引导学生说出将要学习的职 业。其次教师教授词汇、音标、意思并操练,描述职业职责。 教师板书:cook,police officer,delivery worker。 Look and say. 一一呈现本节课重点职业词汇,学生根据图片 说出英文词汇表达。不熟悉的词汇,教师可再次带读并操练。 Chinese-English. 学生查看中文,说出其英文表达。 Driver game. 教师讲解游戏规则:红灯—大声地朗读词汇四 次;黄灯—大声地朗读词汇三次;绿灯—保持安静,不读。 T: Now it’s the driver game time. He/She ... 复习上节课内容,激发学生的学习兴趣,增加学生开口说英语的机会,提高学生的积极性。 教师观察学生能否主动运用已有的知识和经验参与互动和交流,根据需要来调整提问方式和复习方式,并适当给予鼓励。 教师观察学生朗读词汇时的发音情况,给予及时的指导和帮助。
设计意图:本阶段学习活动旨在引导学生在语境中学习职业相关的词汇,并且做到词不离句,了解每个职业的职责,尊重每个职业。听录音跟读及单词指读等活动旨在培养学生的发音准确性及单词认读能力,为语言输出奠定基础。

Let’s read them one by one. Ss: Bus driver, cleaner, cook, police officer, delivery worker. T: Good! First, please match the jobs and pictures. (After the students have completed the matching.) 设计意图:本阶段学习活动旨在引导学生在教师的指导下完成相应的活动,巩固所学的核心语言和重点词汇、句型,从学习理解过渡到应用实践,为后面的迁移创新活动作准备。
学生能够将所学内容创造性地运用在真实的情境中,能通过富有趣味性、互动性和创造性的活动发展语言能力,提高学习能力。(迁移创新) Step 3 Consolidation & Extension Consolidation. Say out the jobs quickly. 课件将会呈现各个职业的工具或者某些 特征,学生需根据工具或特征说出其职业。 T: I will show you some pictures or tools. Please guess the job and say out the job quickly. Extension. “Community”意为“社区”,也可以表示“社区”、“团 体”等。 社区指在某地区居住、具有相同文化和背景的民众/ 社区。 教师可适当举例附近的社区,也可以让学生表达自己的理解。 多种活动的进行,加强学生的理解,建立学生的文化意识,培养学生尊重劳动者的观念。
设计意图:通过不同的游戏活动,学生能巩固本节课所学的有关职业的词汇,还能在轻松愉快的氛 围中提升语言表达能力和创造力,激发他们的学习兴趣和自信心。适当的知识拓展,加深学生对 “人与社会”这一课题的理解,从而尊重不同的职业。
家庭作业
抄写本课新学的职业类单词,每个四遍,积累更多常见的职业类词汇; 听录音,熟读A Let’s learn对话。仿照对话,描述自己邻居的职业; 与伙伴互相模仿职业动作,并猜测相关职业。

教学反思
本节课整体上完成了教学目标,学生能够掌握与职业有关的词汇和句型,并能积极参与课堂活动。但在提高个别学生的积极性、时间分配和语言输出方面仍有改进空间。后续的教学活动中,会通过调整教学策略和优化活动设计,进一步提升课堂效果,帮助学生在轻松愉快的氛围中更好地学习和运用英语。(共21张PPT)
