语法——名词复数
规则变化（占大多数）
直接加 -s
● 例：book → books, pen → pens, apple → apples
● 口诀：一般情况加尾巴，轻轻松松变多家
以s/x/sh/ch结尾 → 加 -es
● 例：bus → buses, box → boxes, dish → dishes
● 口诀：嘶嘶擦擦结尾词，必须加上-es
辅音字母+y结尾 → 变y为i再加-es
● 例：city → cities, baby → babies
● 对比：元音+y直接加s（如：boy → boys）
● 口诀：y前辅音要小心，变y为i再加es
以f/fe结尾 → 变f为v加-es
● 例：leaf → leaves, knife → knives
● 特例：roof → roofs（直接加s）
● 口诀：f/fe结尾要注意，ves替换要牢记
以o结尾：
● 有生命+es：tomato → tomatoes, hero → heroes
● 无生命+s：photo → photos, piano → pianos
● 口诀：番茄英雄爱es，照片钢琴加s
不规则变化（需特别记忆）
元音变化：
● man → men, foot → feet, tooth → teeth
● 趣味记忆：男人的脚和牙齿都会"变形"
词尾变化
● child → children, mouse → mice
● 联想：小老鼠们爱大米（mice→rice）
单复同形：
● fish → fish, sheep → sheep, deer → deer
● 口诀：鱼羊鹿很特别，单数复数长一样
特殊规则
集体名词：
● people（本身就是复数），family（强调成员用复数）
● 例：My family are watching TV.（家人们在看电视）
外来词
● datum → data（拉丁语）, criterion → criteria（希腊语）
易错提醒
复合名词：
● 主体词变复数：passer-by → passers-by
● 两部分都变：woman teacher → women teachers
字母/数字的复数
加 's：three A's, in the 1990's
