The life was sweet because I like many things here. I learned many new subjects like

对初中生活的展望
My junior high school life will be sweeter after I get used to (适应) it. I will try my best to
make it happen.
介绍自己最喜欢的科目和老师然后说明其原因时，用连词 because 将两个单句连接
来，增强文章的逻辑性。
从文章第一段可知“我”对初中生活第一周的描述将从“甜”和“苦”两个方面展开。描
述完“甜”的部分后，用表示转折关系的词 however 引出“苦”的部分，使文章脉络清晰、
行文井然有序。
