授课文本 2.教学内容分析 The core question of this unit is addressed by discussing people's birthdays, learning to express dates in English, and exploring how and why people celebrate birthdays. A birthday is a very significant day in one's life, it can enhance the emotions and strengthen friendships between people.
3.学情分析 The teaching target of this lesson is seventh grade students. After a certain amount of English learning, students have mastered some basic English birthday greetings and age inquiry communication expressions. They also have a certain understanding of the English expression of dates, and can recognize and read simple English dates. However, communication still faces difficulties when engaging in slightly complex conversations. Therefore, it is particularly important to carry out rich and colorful teaching activities to help students understand and master date expression methods.
4.教学目标确定 1.Language Abilities:Learn to use the vocabulary and sentences to talk about months, dates and birthdays. 2.Learning Abilities:Learn to master the ability of listening for details and learn to work in pairs. 3.Thinking Qualities:Learn to stimulate the interest of English learning and learn to lead Students to express their ideas creatively. 4.Cultural Awareness:Through target vocabulary and language learning, can talk about the birthday, experience the charm of birthday.

6.学习活动设计 Step1. lead-in教师活动 Greeting Teachers greet students through singing. 2.Guessing game Show four audio clips and let students guess the festival.学生活动 1.Say hello and greet the teacher. 2.Listen to music and guess the music in the audio. 设计意图 首先老师通过唱歌和学生打招呼,让师生关系迅速拉近 ,之后再通过听歌猜节日环节,引入本单元话题“Happy birthday”,激发学生学习热情。
Step2. Open page教师活动 Show the theme picture and let students answer: (1)What are the people doing (2)Whose birthday is it (3)How do you celebrate your birthday 学生活动 Answer the questions. 设计意图 学生观察主题图,在老师的指导下,知道本单元的主要内容是谈论生日,通过回答三个问题让学生了解主题图大致内容,为接下来的学习奠定基础。
教师活动 Show the learning aims. 学生活动 Read the learning aims. 设计意图 明确本节课的学习目标,有目的地完成接下来的学习任务。
Step3. Pre-listening
教师活动 Task1 Learn months. Ask students “How many months are in a year ” And then learn the words for each month. 学生活动 Learn months设计意图 学习12个月份英文表达,先是带读12 个月份的读音。
教师活动 Task2 Let students watch videos, sing along with songs and actions in the videos Task3 Chant. The teacher led the students to review rhythmically for twelve months.学生活动 Sing and act. Chant.设计意图 让学生通过一段魔性的月份律动和Chant这样具有趣味性的活动让学生愉快参与进来,加深学生对月份这部分单词的记忆。 教师活动 Task4 Compare cardinal and ordinal numbers, and then ask students to find the pattern of cardinal numbers changing into ordinal numbers Task5 Guide students to read ordinal numbers . Task6 Play a bomb game about ordinal numbers, guide students to quickly read out the words when they see them, and quickly explode and lie down when they see the bomb.学生活动 Find the rules. Watch the video and read 1 to 31 ordinal numbers. Do the game设计意图 图文并茂,首先通过看着视频跟读1st--30st这30个序数词,再根据提示学习序数词的特殊写法,最后通过做炸弹游戏来活跃课堂氛围和大声说出序数词的表达,为后面的学习奠定基础。教师活动 Task7 Play recordings of months and ordinal numbers. Ask some students to answer the following question: -When’s your birthday -It’s on...学生活动 Listen and repeat. Then circle the month and day of your birthday.And then learn sentence patterns.设计意图 进行课本练习,操练询问和回答生日的短语,再次巩固月份和日期的相关表达。
Step3. While-listening教师活动 Task1 Remind students to listen to the conversations and match the people with their birthdays tell them the listening skills. Task2 Play listening materials and talk about listening skills before listening.学生活动 Do the 1b Listen again and fill in the blanks.设计意图 学生明确听力任务,再听录音并回答问题,观察学生能否准确地回答问题。Step4. Post-listening
教师活动 Task1 Divide tasks into groups and Task2 Ask students: Why do we celebrate birthday Then conduct emotional education Self-checklist 学生活动 Do the survey Think and answer Evaluate themselves.设计意图 教学评一体化,学生完成活动后让他们进行自我评价,让学生更加全面的认识自我、发现自我;保持并提高英语学习的兴趣和自信心。
