二、语调( Intonation )
英语中有两种最基本的语调,即降调和升调。
升调的基本含义是“不确定”和“未完结”,可表示犹豫、怀疑、婉转、含蓄、试探等含义。升调通常用于一般疑问句、陈述句表示疑问的各类句子,以及表示意义未完的各种情况。
降调的基本含义是“肯定”和“完结”,通常用于陈述句、特殊疑问句、选择疑问句的后半部分、祈使句和感叹句等。
升调可以用于说话者不能确定信息是否准确,需要对方去核实的情况。
例如:
A: I'm putting the mixture into the oven. What temperature and
time should I set
B: 160 degrees, 50 minutes.
A: 160 degrees, 50 minutes.
B: Exactly.
在列举事物时,前面的各件事物都用升调,最后一件事物用降调。
例如:
The family enjoy outdoor activities such as mountain climbing,
hiking, boating and camping.
同一句话用不同的语调表达时,意义也会有所不同。

许多下载我的课件的老师可能都遇到了同样的麻烦:听力操作比较麻烦。好多老师在给学生播放听力时,习惯于点击课件上的“小喇叭”图标,在使用我的课件时也用了同样的方法,结果却遇到了前所未有的麻烦,不知怎么办才好。下面我给大家讲解一下我的课件中的听力操作方法:
我的音频是嵌入式音频,所以老师们在使用我的课件的时候,不需要把课件和听力音频放到同一文件夹中,只需要课件就可以了。播放听力时,只需在其他任何地方按鼠标左键就可以了(不要点击小喇叭),就跟其他动画操作一样。用翻页笔的老师,只需要按翻页笔的“下一页”即可;如果想再听一遍,先按翻页笔的“上一页”,再按“下一页”就可以重复听。听完后如果按“下一页”,答案就会出现。
简单的一句话,我的课件中要播放听力,只需下翻页就可以。跟其他动画操作一样。
