Features of instructions
When giving commands, people usually use the imperative (祈使句).
They use words such as first,next, then, after that, and finally.
While Listening

And then, tell your mum to put her hand in the middle of his chest.
After that, press down, twice a second.

Watch and learn how to do CPR.
Lay the victim on his back.
Check for a response(回应) by patting(拍) his shoulders and calling him .
Shout for help and / or call 120.
