【话题分析】
本单元是以写说理性文本为主线，主要内容为进行个人建议的写作。写作内容渗透着本单元的话题和语言目标——把握写建议的三关键：WHAT (建议是什么)，WHY（为何该建议有用），HOW（如何具体执行该建议）。在写作过程中要明确以下几点：
1. 说明文语言较精炼，具有一定科学性和知识性。
2. 第一人称（号召性/说理性文本多采用主语we）、一般现在时为主、重点是语言简练客观，能传授有用知识。

After reading or listening, pick the main ideas and explain them to a classmate, a family, or even a pet. Keep it simple and check if they follow you. The more you practice, the stronger your memory becomes!

First, it’s important for you to have a balanced diet. Your body needs a lot of different nutrients to work well. Second, make sure that you get plenty of sleep every night. It’s necessary to have eight hours of sleep a night. Third, you’d better exercise your brain often. For example, you can play a game of chess, do a crossword puzzle or call some friends for a card game. Fourth, you should be in a good mood. A good mood will make your memory become sharp.
