I'm writing to express my suggestions for foreign friends on how to be a civilized tourist while enjoying our trip.
To be a civilized tourist, it is necessary for us to mind our manners. First of all, they had better respect and follow local customs. As a famous saying goes, "When in Rome, do as the Romans do." Besides, it's impolite of them to talk loudly and rudely in public places, which will certainly leave a bad impression on Chinese people.
