舌位:舌尖略微抬起,靠近上齿龈(但不要接触),舌身
两侧轻贴上臼齿,中间形成一条狭长的气流通道。
唇形:双唇稍向前突出,呈圆形或略扁平(类似吹口哨的
形状)。
气流:让气流从舌尖和上齿龈之间的缝隙中摩擦通过,声带
不振动(用手摸喉咙感受不到震动)。
