There is no bank account at all.
◆ Why did Mama tell such a white lie(善意的谎言)
Because Mama wanted to provide a sense of security to her children and give them the hope and courage to face up difficulties.
On one hand, Mama didn't have a bank account at all. On the other hand, Mama wanted her children to solve the problems bravely and wisely, not just depending on the past savings.
