be going to 的肯定、否定、疑问形式
肯定形式
结构:主语 + be (am/is/are) going to + 动词原形 + 其他。
否定形式
结构:主语 + be (am/is/are) not going to + 动词原形 + 其他。
疑问形式
一般疑问句结构:Be (Am/Is/Are) + 主语 + going to + 动词原形 + 其他?
特殊疑问句结构:特殊疑问词 + be (am/is/are) + 主语 + going to + 动词原形 + 其他?

will 的肯定、否定、疑问形式
肯定形式
结构:主语 + will + 动词原形 + 其他。will 可用于各种人称(I/you/he/she/it/we/they 等)。
否定形式
结构:主语 + will not + 动词原形 + 其他,will not 常缩写为 won’t。
疑问形式
一般疑问句结构:Will + 主语 + 动词原形 + 其他?
特殊疑问句结构:特殊疑问词 + will + 主语 + 动词原形 + 其他?

表示事先计划或打算要做的事情,强调已有明确的意图或准备;
I’m going to learn a new language next year. 我打算明年学一门新语言。
基于当前的迹象或证据,推测某事即将发生;
The ice is melting. It’s going to fall into the water.冰在融化,它马上要掉进水里了。
will
表示临时决定或即时承诺;
I’ll make a cup of coffee.我要去泡杯咖啡。
表示主观预测或普遍推测;
I believe he will succeed.我相信他会成功。

一般侧重于较近的将来,时间上相对更临近;
