意为“因……而著名”，主语可以是人、物或地点，后接名词、代词或动名词，表著名的原因。
e.g. The Harry Potter series is famous for its magical story and vivid characters.

区分：be famous for...和be famous as...
be famous for...表示因......而出名，强调原因；
be famous as... 表示作为......身份而出名，强调身份或头衔。

该结构表示“对做某事感到惊讶” ，主语通常是人，后接动词原形。
