应用文之讲话稿 写作策略
假设你是李华，作为校学生会主席，你将带领来自澳大利亚的交换生参观校史博物馆。请根据如下要点写一篇参观前的讲话稿。
1.表示欢迎；2.介绍校史博物馆；3. 参观注意事项。
注意：
1.词数80左右；
2. 可适当增加细节，以使行文连贯；
3. 开头已写好，不计入词数。

一、体裁分析(Genre Analysis)
文体: 应用文 ——讲话稿

语境: 正式但友好的校园场合。发言者是学生会主席，听众是外国交换生。

语体: 介于正式与非正式之间。需要用词得体、礼貌、热情，但不能过于随意或刻板。应体现出发言人的身份（学生领袖）和主人的待客之道。

人称: 主要使用第一人称 (I/We) 和第二人称 (You)，如 "I'm delighted to...", "You will see..."，以拉近与听众的距离。

二、框架与重心(Framework & Key Points)
基本框架(三段式):

1. 开场白 (Opening): 问候 + 表示欢迎 + 自我介绍 + 阐明活动目的。

2. 主体 (Body): 详细介绍博物馆 + 清晰说明注意事项。

3. 结尾 (Closing): 再次欢迎 + 表达祝愿/期待。
1. 要点覆盖的完整性 (Completeness): 三个要点缺一不可，漏掉一点直接会被降至低分档。

2. 逻辑衔接的流畅性 (Coherence & Cohesion): 使用恰当的连接词，让三个要点自然过渡，而不是生硬地罗列“第一、第二、第三”。

3. 语言表达的得体性与准确性 (Appropriateness & Accuracy): 用词要符合语境（如使用 honored, delighted 等词表达欢迎），句子结构要准确。避免出现中文思维的直接翻译。

4. 细节增加的合理性 (Detailed Elaboration): 在介绍博物馆和注意事项时，不能只写一句干话，需要进行合情合理的扩展。

3. 说明注意事项 (Dos and Don'ts)
For your safety and a better experience, please bear in mind the following tips.
Please kindly refrain from (克制，避免)touching the exhibits or using flash photography,as some old photos are sensitive to light.
Feel free to（随意做） ask questions if you have any.
Please follow my instructions and stay with the group.
