Then match words with their meanings (e.g., "shy" → "being afraid to speak in front of people"). Vocabulary Drills: Work on 2b: Fill sentences with words (population, pleasant, pleasure, etc.). Check answers together. Work on 2c: Complete the passage about The Prince and the Pauper with "novel, alike, personality". Step 2: Project – "See who changed the most" (25 mins) 1. Discuss Changes: Show pictures of "kindergarten → primary school → junior high school". Ask: "Did you change a lot What changes " (e.g., taller, more confident). 2.Fill the Growth Chart (4b): Students write their answers to questions (e.g., "Am I taller than last year ") in the "My answer" column. Interview partners: Ask partners’ opinions and fill the "Partner’s answer" column. Review comparatives rules: Regular: tall→taller, happy→happier; multi-syllable: more efficient. Irregular: good→better, fast→faster. Make a Growth Report (4c): Show sample reports (e.g., "I am taller and stronger than last year..."). Students write a short report (50-80 words) with at least 5 comparatives. Invite 2-3 students to share their reports. Step 3: Reflect on Differences (10 mins) Read the Fable: Read "Four Brothers" together. Ask: "Why could the brothers save the princess " (They used their different skills.) Group Discussion: Q1: "Is being different a good thing Why " Q2: "How to treat people who are different from you " Summary: Differences help us learn from each other and make teams stronger.
