1. 倡议书的基本结构
倡议书是为倡议、发起某项活动而写的号召性、公开提议性的专用书信。它作为日常应用书信中的一种常用文体，在现实社会中有着比较广泛的使用，比如“节约用水倡议书”“保护益鸟倡议书”等。内容通常包括：开篇表明写信目的，即倡议大家一起做某件事情；正文说明倡议的具体内容，以及倡议的原因和目的；结尾提出呼吁。
2. 常用表达
开头语：
(1)I'm writing this letter to call on everyone to pay attention to…
我写这封信是为了号召大家注意……
(2)Today I'm writing to you to ask for your help to improve the situation…is faced with.
今天我写信给您是为了向您寻求帮助来改善……面临的状况。
(3)In order to/To offer help to…/For the purpose of offering help to…, we think our government should take measures to improve the present situation of…
为了向……提供帮助，我们认为我们的政府应该采取措施来改善……目前的状况。
正文：
