一、审题定调
本写作任务要求回一封电子邮件（注意写信格式）介绍自己的旅行计划，属于应用文。旅行计划通常包括旅行的重要景点以及旅行安排等。
介绍旅行计划通常以一般现在时和一般将来时为主，人称以第一人称为主。
二、谋篇布局
正文部分可分为以下三部分：
第一段：对来信做出评价和反馈，说明写信目的；
第二段：具体介绍旅行计划；(5w:when, where, whom, what , why, how)
第三段：表达期待，祝愿。

With the holiday coming, my family are going to pay a visit to Hangzhou,which is amazing.(说明旅游目的) As we all know, Hangzhou is famous for West Lake, a landmark of the city. I can't wait to take a boat on the lake, admiring the scenery and recalling the love story between a white snake Bai Suzhen and a man Xuxian. Besides, what also attracts us is the local food. The dishes there are delicious and well-known.（说明旅游计划）
