语篇研读
What: Read and write是John的爸爸从悉尼给John寄来的一张明信片,John的爸爸介绍了悉尼的天气和他在悉尼的活动,并询问John北京的天气以及他能不能出去放风筝。Reading time是一个配图小故事 , 语篇以小雨点和妈妈对话的形式传递了在不同的天气选择合适的活动都能收获快乐的道理。 Why: Read and write引导学生了解不同国家及地区之间的天气差异以及天气对生活的影响,鼓励学生关注天气,主动表达对家人的爱;Reading time以“任何天气都能找到乐趣”为主题,培养学生乐观向上的生活态度。体现“了解各种天气,适应不同环境”这一单元主题。 How: 本课时是比较典型的明信片阅读和故事阅读,涉及本单元的重点词汇及句型。语言简单易懂,符合四年级学生的认知水平,具有现实意义和教育意义。
教学重点及难点
教学重点:能够掌握核心词汇和句型,读懂明信片,完成相关阅读任务;能够读懂配图小故事。 教学难点:能够整体把握文本脉络,理解文本细节,掌握阅读的技巧;学会书写明信片。
教学过程

1.学生能够在看、听、读的活动中,学习并理解明信片的内容,掌握核心词汇及句型,并获取其中的具体细节信息。 (学习理解) Step 1: Warm-up & Lead in (1)Review 通过课件完成连词成句的游戏,复习前面学过的重点句子。 (2)课件呈现一幅夏天的场景图。 T: What’s the weather like Ss: It’s hot and sunny. T: Yes. What can we do Ss: We can ...(学生各抒己见) T: Good. And we can go to the park.(课件呈现一幅公园的场景 图) T: And look! We can swim in the pool.(课件呈现孩子们在泳池 游泳的图片) 教师教授生词swim,并板书带读。 Step 2: Presentation & Practice (1)课件呈现Read and write部分的明信片。 T: John receives(收到) a postcard from his dad. 教师解释生词 postcard。 (2)课件呈现课本Read and answer.部分的练习:1. What’s the weather like in Sydney 2. What can John’s father do there 请学生自主读课文,找出问题答案。 (3)Check the answers 读完之后,师生共同核对问题答案。 (4)Listen and repeat 课件出示课文内容,教师播放录音,学生跟读,引导学生在 读的过程中找出答案出处。教师教授生词their。 (5)Read again and then put the sentences in order. 学生再读一遍课文,读完后将所给句子进行排序。教师帮助 学生再次梳理课文。 (6)Extension 教师讲解明信片postcard的构成要素,拓展相关知识点。 (7)Watch and repeat 教师播放课文视频,学生有感情地流利地跟读课文。 教师观察学生能否顺利完成连词成句的活动,了解学生对已学知识的掌握情况。 教师观察学生能否通过阅读获取关键信息 ,了解学生对语篇 的理解程度,并关注学生回答问题的情 况,根据学生的回 答与反馈,给予指导和评价。
设计意图:本阶段学习活动旨在帮助学生复习和巩固核心词汇和句型,同时引导学生从文本中获取关键信息,理解明信片的大意,培养学生的阅读理解能力,为后续的语言输出打下基础。
2.学生能够运用所 学核心词汇和句型 完成相应的练习。 (应用实践) (8)完成课本Choose and write部分的练习活动。并在全班进行 交流展示。 (9)教师指导学生完成C. Project的练习。 (10)Self assessment. 让学生们根据自身的实际情况做出自我评 估,并鼓励学生。 教师巡视,观察学 生书写情况,将书 写工整的学生作业 展示分享。
设计意图:本阶段学习活动旨在通过模拟真实交际场景(给父亲写回信),引导学生掌握明信片书写的基本格式,并能够根据天气选择合理的活动。
3.学生能够在图片 和配图文字的帮助 下提取语篇的主要 信息,感知语篇意 义。(迁移创新) Step 3: Consolidation & Extension (1)Free talk T: What kind of weather do you like Why 学生自由发言讨论。 (2)课件呈现小水滴和妈妈的图片。 T: The little raindrop is talking with her Mum. What do they say Can you repeat their words 教师请两名学生分角色读对话。然后播放录音,学生有感情 地跟读。 (3)Look and fill 课件依次呈现Reading time第2-4部分的内容,设置填空,学生 先根据图片提示尝试填空。然后教师播放录音,学生边听边 核对答案。随后教师带读并逐句讲解。 (4)课件出示孩子们打雪仗的情景图,教师讲解短语have a snowball fight。 (5)课件接着呈现第5部分的内容。教师提问:What can the girls do on a rainy day 学生自读文本后回答问题并说明答案 出处。然后教师带读第5部分文本并逐句讲解。 (6)课件呈现第6部分的内容。教师播放录音,学生先跟读,然 后请学生尝试翻译句子意思。教师注意纠正有问题的地方。 (7)课件出示一个女孩穿着雨衣雨靴的图片,学生在图片的帮 助下理解raincoat和boots的含义。 (8)教师讲解最后的结束语,进行适当的情感教育。 (9)Watch and repeat 播放Reading time视频,学生有感情地流利地跟读。 教师观察学生回答问题的情况,及时提供帮助与指导。
设计意图:本阶段学习活动旨在帮助学生复习本单元的核心词汇和句型,同时引导学生懂得只要善于思考和探索,在任何天气都能找到乐趣的道理,传递“适应环境 , 保持积极心态”的生活态度。

本节课是一节读写与配图故事阅读课。在阅读教学环节,学生能够带着问题独立探究,提升了 获取关键信息的能力,发挥了在课堂上的主体地位;在书写明信片环节,学生能够注意明信片的格 式,同时注意单词间隔以及标点符号的正确使用;在拓展阅读环节,学生能够根据引导性问题进行 有目的地阅读,在提升阅读能力的过程中,培养适应环境变化、保持积极心态的生活智慧。总之, 此次教学中,学生处于一种主动学习的精神状态,因此本节课取得了良好的教学效果。(共34张PPT)
