句中的no matter what表示“无论什么”，引导让步状语从句，此时还可用whatever表达。上面的句子还可以这样表达：Whatever you may buy, you might ... those countries.
no matter还常与其他疑问词连用引导让步状语从句，如no matter who=whoever (无论谁)，no matter which=whichever (无论哪一个)，no matter when=whenever (无论何时)，no matter how=however (无论怎样)，no matter where=wherever (无论在哪里)等。

句子结构为：主语＋find it＋adj.＋that...是一个复合句。
it是形式宾语，形容词作宾语补足语；真正的宾语是that引导的从句。意为：主语发现“that引导的句子”怎么样。形式宾语必须用it，不能用this或that。此句型中的“it＋adj.＋that...”部分可以转换为“it('s)＋adj.＋不定式”。

avoid 后面常跟名词、代词或动名词作宾语，但不能跟不定式作宾语。

every day是副词短语，意为“每天”, 相当于each day, 用作时间状语。
