The husband studied on an island far from his home.When his wife went a long way to send meals, the food always got cold. One day, the wife boiled some chicken soup and used a large pot to keep it warm. And she kept the ingredients separate. She put the ingredients into the soup when she reached the island, and she found everything still hot. The GuoqiaoRice Noodles was born!
Here's how to make the dish:
.First, wash the vegetables and mushrooms.
.Next, cut the chicken and pork into thin pieces.
.Then, boil the chicken soup and pour it into a large bowl.
.After that, put the ingredients into the bowl, one by one.

I like it because the taste is really wonderful — the sweet and sour tomatoes mix perfectly with the soft eggs, and the hot noodles make it a warm and comforting meal. It always reminds me of the time with my mom.
The ingredients are simple: noodles, two tomatoes, three fresh eggs, a little salt, some cooking oil, and a spoon of sugar..
Here’s how to make it. First, boil the noodles in a pot of water until they’re ready, then take them out and put them in a bowl. Next, wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Break the eggs into another bowl and stir them a bit. Then, heat some oil in a pan. Put the egg in first and cook until it turns golden. Add the tomato pieces and cook for about 3 minutes, until they become soft. Add a little salt and the spoon of sugar. Finally, pour this tomato - egg sauce over the noodles in the bowl.
