B: Next, cut the scallions, ginger, and garlic into shreds. Place some ginger and scallion shreds on the bottom of a steaming plate, then put the marinated fish on top, and scatter the remaining ginger, scallion, and garlic shreds on the fish.

B: Then, put the fish in a steamer and steam it over high heat for about 8 - 10 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.

B: Finally, take the fish out of the steamer. Pour out the excess juice in the plate. Heat some oil until it's smoking hot, then pour the hot oil over the fish. Drizzle some light soy sauce on the fish. It'll look and taste great!
