Long ago, there was a couple living in Yunnan Province, China. The husband studied on an island far from his home. When his wife went a long way to send meals, the food always got cold. One day, the wife boiled some chicken soup and used a large pot to keep it warm. And she kept the ingredients separate. She put the ingredients into the soup when she reached the island, and she found everything still hot. The Guoqiao Rice Noodles was born!

Here’s how to make the dish:
● First, wash the vegetables and mushrooms.
● Next, cut the chicken and pork into thin pieces.
● Then, boil the chicken soup and pour it into a large bowl.
● After that, put the ingredients into the bowl, one by one.
● Finally, add the boiled rice noodles to the bowl.

because it tastes incredibly delicious. The soft-cooked eggplant absorbs
the savory sauce, creating a rich and satisfying flavor. Also, it reminds
me of the warm family dinners, which adds a special touch to it.
Here's how to make it. First, wash the eggplants and cut them into chunks. Then, heat some oil in a pan. Put the eggplant chunks into the pan and fry until they turn golden - brown. Next, add some minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. After that, pour in a mixture of soy sauce, a bit of sugar, and a little water. Let it simmer until the eggplants are tender and the sauce thickens. Finally, sprinkle some chopped scallions on top.

Instructions:
First, cut up the onion and garlic. Put them in a pot.
Next, for the sauce, add the beef to the pot and cook until it changes colour.
After that, add the tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
Then, cook the spaghetti until it is ready.
Finally, put the spaghetti on a plate and pour the beef and tomato sauce on top. Add some cheese and serve.
