How do you plan to do that
（1）plan to do sth.：计划做某事
We plan to travel to Japan this summer. 我们计划今年夏天去日本旅行。
（2）plan + 名词 / 代词：计划某事

plan 计划，打算（后接名词、不定式或从句）
（2）plan for sth.：为某事做准备（侧重长远安排）

exercise
（1）〔动词〕锻炼；运动；行使（权利等）
不及物动词（不接宾语）：侧重 “进行身体锻炼”。
She exercises every morning to stay healthy. 她每天早上锻炼以保持健康。
及物动词（接宾语）：表示 “行使（权利）” 或 “训练（技能）”。
The teacher exercises the students’ listening skills. 老师训练学生的听力技能。
（2）〔名词〕运动、锻炼；练习
可数名词：具体的 “运动、练习”（如体操、习题）。

1.“do you” ：/du ju / ，在口语流畅表达里，前一个单词结尾的辅音 /u / 和后一个单词开头的半元音 /j/ 自然衔接，听起来像 /du ju / ，快速连读成一个连贯音节，让话语更流畅 。
2.“want to” ：/w nt tu / ，口语中常弱读、连读为 /w nt / ，“t” 音和后面 “to” 的元音 /u / （弱读为 / / ）连读，简化发音，符合日常交流的语音习惯 。
3.“going to” ：/ ɡ tu / ，日常口语里多弱读、连读成 / ɡ t / ，“ng” 结尾音与 “to” 弱读后的 / / 连读，使表达更自然、轻快 。
连读
像 “to” ，在 “want to”“going to” 里，原本 /tu / 的发音弱化为 / / ；
