Kuitou (盔头)
盔头是京剧等传统戏曲中剧中人物所戴各种冠帽的统称。属梨园行行话,分为冠、盔、巾、帽四类及翎子等附件。其制作可追溯至唐代。传统盔头多以缎、纸板、铁纱为胎,饰以绒球、珠翠,工艺涵盖点翠、沥粉等,鼎盛时期种类约500种,现存不足200种。

中国的安徽泾县是油布伞的重要产地之一。在中国民间,红色的油布伞常被视为吉祥之物,传说红色与桐油可以消灾、驱邪,将红色油伞放在家中,可以保平安,具有驱邪纳祥的寓意。
The art of copper (铜艺)

Xuanzhi (宣纸)
宣纸是安徽省宣城市泾县特产,中国非物质文化遗产的代表产品,有“千年寿纸”“纸中之王”等美誉,其历史可追溯至唐代。宣纸具有吸附性强的特点,能很好地体现墨迹层次,是书画创作的优质载体。在书画艺术、典籍印刷等领域发挥着重要作用,也常用于制作高级档案、外交照会等,具有极高的文化价值和历史意义。
Chinese arts and crafts have a long history. They not only look beautiful but also carry meanings — like love for nature, hopes for a happy life, or respect for tradition.
These crafts are made by hand. Nowadays, a popular activity called DIY is a lot like traditional crafts. People make things on their own and put their ideas into them. When they complete their works, they feel happy.
