Hi! My favourite dish is tomato and egg soup. I love it because it’s light (易消化的) and healthy, and my mom makes it for me when I’m sick.
Here’s how to make it. First, wash two tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Next, crack three eggs into a bowl and stir them. Then, heat some oil in a pot, put the tomatoes in, and stir-fry until they become soft. After that, pour 2 cups of water into the pot and wait for it to boil. Finally, slowly pour the stirred eggs into the boiling water, add a little salt, and the soup is done!
This soup is easy to make, and it tastes great. You can try it at home!
