教学目标
1．能够通过看图、听录音、看动画等，获取John在项目活动中遇到困难的信息；能够理解对话大意，体会换位思考的重要性，学习通过协商解决问题。 2．能够听、说、读、写核心句型“You can/need to ... It’s important to ...”，并恰当运用所学语言提出建议，帮助他人解决问题。 3．能够在他人描述自己遇到的困难时认真倾听，提出自己的建议等推动对话继续。 4．能够根据问题选择合适的建议，通过问答，询问并描述问题、向对方提供建议和帮助。 5．能够按照正确的语音、语调朗读所学对话，感知句子中的重读与连读。
教学重难点
教学重难点 运用核心句型“You can/need to ... It’s important to ...”，提出建议，帮助他人解决问题。体会换位思考的重要性，学习通过协商解决问题。
教学过程
教学环节 主要师生活动
导入 利用开篇页主题图引入B部分主题 Look and think 教师引导学生观察主题图，回答Look and think中的问题“How do the children feel in the pictures ”。然后教师继续提问学生“How can we understand each other better ”，引导学生交流想法，感知B部分的学习主题。
呈现与 操练 1．利用听力活动引入对话教学 Listen and write 教师播放Let’s talk第一部分的吴斌斌和Mike的对话，引导学生完成判断题并核对答案，了解Mike和John意见有怎样的分歧，为Let’s talk的教学做铺垫。 2．呈现完整对话，处理对话细节 （1）Look and guess 教师呈现Let’s talk的插图，请学生观察图片，提问“Who are they ”“What are they doing ”“How do they feel ”，引导学生根据插图信息预测对话内容，回答“They are talking with each other. They don’t feel happy. / They’re angry with each other.”。 （2）Watch and say 教师播放完整对话录音或动画，请学生通过听录音或看动画理解对话大意，并验证自己之前对有关对话内容的预测。教师利用课件呈现Miss White和John的对话文本，引导学生回答问题“What’s Miss White’s advice ”，在板书中呈现“It’s important to listen to each other.”“You can talk to him now.”，引导学生理解“It’s important to ...”“You can ...”这两个向对方提出建议的句型。 （3）Read and say 教师利用课件呈现完整对话文本，通过提问“Does John talk to Mike How does John feel at last ”，让学生关注John是如何与Mike解决问题的。 （4）Think and fill 教师接着呈现打乱顺序、完整的对话文本，请学生将对话文本还原。教师在核对答案的过程中，应提示学生关注John是如何与Mike解决问题的，体会通过沟通，换位思考解决问题的重要性。 （5）操练并表演对话 Listen and repeat; Role-play 教师利用课件呈现对话文本，并标记出学生需要关注的语调、重读和连读的内容，请学生听对话录音或观看动画，模仿跟读，然后在组内分角色练习，最后在全班表演。教师可组织学生从朗读的流利性、语言的准确性和表演的生动性等方面进行互相评价。
巩固与 拓展 1．利用Choose and talk操练对话 （1）Look and say 教师利用课件提供反映学生日常生活情境的图片，如：不擅长做某事、意见不统一、同伴之间生气等，引导学生观察图片内容，梳理遇到的问题，讨论如何给出建议和帮助。 （2）Choose and talk 教师和一名学生先作示范，由教师选择左边文本框中的一个问题，学生根据问题，酌情选择右边文本框中的建议，两人展开对话。学生再模仿示范，结对练习，并互换角色操练。 2．利用信息，拓展对话 Make a new dialogue 教师利用板书，按照“Problem”和“Advice”两大类别梳理对话内容。引导学生头脑风暴，思考更多关于建议和帮助的语言表达。教师可以利用课件呈现一些动词或动词词组等作为对学生的提示和语言支持。教师带领学生回顾遇到的困难和问题，总结提供帮助和建议的核心句型。
课后作业 1．课后听录音，按照正确的语音、语调朗读Let’s talk的对话。 2．复习开篇页Listen and sing的歌曲，理解大意，并尝试跟录音学唱歌曲。
