1、概念:表示过去某个时间里发生的动作或状态;过去习惯性、经常性的动作、行为;过去主语所具备的能力和性格。
2、标志词: yesterday, last---, ---ago, in1998, in the past,the other day, just now...
3、动词形态: ①规则变化 ② 不规则变化
一般过去时
动词的后面直接加-ed watched
以不发音的字母e结尾的动词,在单词后直接加-d lived
重读闭音节单词需双写最后一个辅音字母再加-ed stopped shopped
以辅音字母+y结尾的动词变y为i,再加-ed。 studied
1、概念:
1) 表示动作到现在为止已经完成或刚刚完成。
2)表示从过去某时刻开始,持续到现在的动作或情况,
并且有可能会继续延续下去。
2、标志词:already, yet, ever, never, since+过去时间点, for+一段时间等
3、动词形态: have/has + 过去分词
现在完成时
1. (a) I often play basketball.
(b) I am playing basketball now.
表示经常性,习惯性的动作
表示说话时正在进行的动作或行为。
一般现在时: 谓语动词用原形或第三人称单数 (-s/es)
现在进行时: am/is/are+v.-ing
2. (a) She has gone to the Great Wall.
(b) She has been to the Great Wall.
现在完成时: have/has+过去分词(-ed或不规则)
表示去了长城,现在还没回来。
表示去过长城,是一种经历。

(3)合成副词:
up + stair = upstairs(在楼上)
down + stair = downstairs(在楼下)
(4)合成代词:
some + thing = something(某事)
any + body = anybody(任何人)
(5)合成动词:
under + stand = understand(理解)
type + write = typewrite(打字)
2. 前缀、后缀构词法
在一个单词前或后加上一个词缀,就可以构成一个新词。根据词缀的位置,分为前缀和后缀两种。
前缀 含义 例词
dis- 不 disagree, dislike
en- 使……处于某种状态 enable, enrich
im-, in- 不 impossible , inexpensive
inter- 在……之间;相互 international, interconnect
mis- 错误地 mislead, misunderstand
non- 不, 非 non-smoker, non-native
re- 再, 重复 rewrite, retell
un- 不 unable, unhappy
