“Cooking is love made visible.” That is what my grandmother always told me. Thanks to her, I love cooking. It’s a great way for me to share my love with others. Every time I sit at the table, after cooking for my family, we create memories. The smells and the food’s taste, along with our conversations, connect us to each other. Can you say the origin(起源) of Guoqiao Rice Noodles
In the Qing Dynasty, there was a scholar in Mengzi County, Yunnan, who studied on a small island in a lake. （云南蒙自县有位书生）
His wife sent him meals every day, but the food was often cold by the time she crossed the bridge to deliver it. （路途较远，饭菜易凉）
One day, his wife stewed chicken soup and found that the oil on the surface could keep the soup warm.
She then put raw rice noodles, slices of meat, and other ingredients into the hot soup to cook them, so the meal remained hot. （生米线、肉片）
People thought this way of eating was great, and since delivering the meal required crossing a bridge, it was named "Cross-bridge Rice Noodles."

Long ago, there was a couple living in Yunnan Province, China. The husband studied on an island far from his home. When his wife went a long way to send meals, the food always got cold. One day, the wife boiled some chicken soup and used a large pot to keep it warm. And she kept the ingredients separate. She put the ingredients into the soup when she reached the island, and she found everything still hot. The Guoqiao Rice Noodles was born!

My favourite dish is stir-fried eggs with tomatoes . It is the dish that brings back my childhood. Grandma made it for me every weekend—it’s not just delicious, but a warm memory.
Here's how to make it. First, wash two tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
Then, break three eggs into a bowl and stir them well, adding a little salt.
Next, heat some oil in a pan. Pour the eggs into the pan and fry until they set(凝固、成形) . Take the eggs out.
After that, put the tomato pieces into the same pan. Cook them until they become soft.
Finally, add the fried eggs back to the pan. Mix them well and cook for another minute. Add a little sugar and salt if needed.
It's simple but really delicious!
For example-1
Among all fancy dishes, I like stir - fried broccoli清炒西兰花 best. I like it mainly becauseit is healthy and delicious.
Let’s make it. First, wash one broccoli and cut it into small pieces.
Then, put some water in a pot and boil it. Add the broccoli pieces and cook for 2 minutes. Take them out.
Next, heat a little oil in a pan. Put the boiled broccoli into the pan. Stir - fry for 1 minute.
After that, add a little salt. You can also add a littele black pepper if you like.
Finally, cook for another 30 seconds.
Simple Sure. But sometimes, simple is the secret to “wow”!
