The Cutest animal:
The chinchilla.
It lives in the Andes Mountains in South America, but people around the world keep them as pets.
We chose it because of its soft grey fur, tiny eyes, and big cute ears.
Their teeth don’t stop growing throughout their lives, so they have to always be chewing. They are also an endangered species because people hunt them for their soft fur.
1. What is its name
Its name is sunflower.
2. Where does it live / grow
It mainly grows in sunny fields, meadows and farmlands in temperate and tropical regions. It needs plenty of sunlight to thrive.
3. Why did you choose it
I chose it because its bright yellow petals always face the sun, which gives people a feeling of warmth and vitality. It also symbolizes optimism and positiveness.
4. What are some interesting facts about it
Some interesting facts about sunflowers:
First, the head of a sunflower is actually made up of thousands of tiny flowers.
Second, sunflowers can track the movement of the sun across the sky during the day, a phenomenon called heliotropism.
Third, sunflower seeds are not only a popular snack but also an important source of oil.

We have a very close connection with plants and animals —they are important for our life and the planet.
First, plants give us oxygen, which we need to breathe. They also provide us with food, like fruits, vegetables and grains, and materials like wood for making furniture.
Second, animals help us too: bees and butterflies pollinate plants, so plants can produce fruits and seeds (without them, we’d have fewer foods). Some animals like cows and chickens give us food (milk, eggs, meat), and even earthworms help make soil fertile for plants to grow.
Finally, we need to protect plants and animals. If many plants die, we’ll have less oxygen; if animals disappear, ecosystems will be broken. So our health and the planet’s balance depend on this connection.
4. How are we connected with plants and animals
