have not = haven’t has not = hasn't
The past participle of a regular verb is usually the same as its past tense
form. You can find the past participles of some irregular verbs on pages
142-143.

结构为：主语 + have/has + 动词的过去分词（past participle）。
当主语是第一、二人称 / 复数（I/You/We/They）时，用 have + 过去分词，如：
I have just learnt how to play Go.（我刚学会下围棋。）
They have been friendly.（他们很友好。）

二、核心用法：“与现在的联系”
现在完成时的核心是强调 “过去的动作 / 状态对现在产生影响，或持续到现在”。
例 1（动作对现在有影响）：
I have learnt some useful Chinese phrases at school.（“学中文短语” 是过去的动作，现在 “我能运用这些短语”，动作对现在产生了影响。）
例 2（状态持续到现在）：
Sarah has been in Beijing since 14 October.
（“在北京” 的状态从 10 月 14 日开始，一直持续到现在。）

这些词能更精准体现 “与现在的联系”，是现在完成时的常用标志：
1.already（已经） 用于肯定句，表示 “动作早已完成”

（Sarah 已经尝过很多北京美食了。）
2.yet（还；尚未）用于否定句 / 疑问句末尾，表示 “动作尚未发生”
But she hasn't visited many places of interest yet.
（但她还没参观很多景点。）

3.ever（曾经） 用于疑问句，询问 “过去是否有过某经历”

4.never（从未） 用于否定句，表示 “完全没有过某经历”
I have never been to London.（我从未去过伦敦。）
5.since（自从） 后接时间点（如具体日期、事件），表示 “动作从该时间点开始，持续到现在”

（Sarah 从 10 月 14 日起就在北京了。）

现在完成时中的since和for
现在完成时可以用来表示发生在过去某一时刻的、持续到现在的动作或状态，常与for, since引导的时间状语连用。
1 for+时间段。表示“有（多长）一段时间了”。如：
I have studied English for five years. 我学英语已有五年了。
2 since+时间点。表示“自从……以来”。
(1) since+过去一个时间点。如：
　 I have lived here since 2003. 我自从2003年以来就一直住这儿。
(2) since+时间段+ago。如：
She has stayed in Guangzhou since three months ago.
她自三个月前就一直待在广州。
