建议信的目的是针对有关问题进行分析，并针对这些问题提出自己的看法和合理的建议。
建议信的基本框架：
1.开头( beginning)—开门见山,向对方陈述自己的观点(state your idea)。
2.主体( body)—对所提出的问题进行分析并说明理由,接着提出自己的建议(reasons and evidence)。
3.结尾(ending)—呼应开头，重申观点(restate your opinion)。

建议信写作总结
建议信是写信人向收信人对某事提出的建议和忠告。
建议信有可能是写给某个人，就其遇到的某个问题提出自己的看法和观点；也可能是写给某个组织和机构，就改进其服务提出建议或忠告。
信的内容要包括写信的原因、建议的内容和提出建议的理由。
提出的理由要入情入理，语气一定要礼貌当先。建议信要写得简明扼要、目的明确、具有合理性和说服力。这类文章的基本时态多用一般现在时和一般将来时。
具体写作步骤一般是“三段式”，通常以firstly, secondly, thirdly或to begin/start with, then, later, last but not least等依次陈述建议，具体为：
建议信
首段：表明写作意图。陈述事由，简单介绍自己，注意语气。
主体段落：应该首先肯定对方的优点，然后指出需要改进的地方或针对具体情况提出具体的建议或忠告。注意千万不要让对方认为是投诉，而不是建议。
结尾段：对提出的建议进行总结。注意要有礼貌，使对方容易接受。
建议信常用句式：
1．段首常用语(照应材料，表明写作意图)：

②After I read your letter in the newspaper, I am sorry to know that...
③You have asked for my advice about...and I will try to make some suggestions.

2．表达建议常用语：
