A Letter of Advice
建议信可以写给个人，针对遇到的某个问题提出自己的看法或观点；也可以写给某个组织或者机构，就改进其服务等提出建议或忠告。
建议信要给出写信的原因（The purpose of your letter），建议的内容(advice)，提出建议的理由(reason)，而且提出的理由要合情合理(practical and reasonable )，语气一定要得当，既要委婉礼貌(modest
and polite)，又要有说服力。

With your plan to randomly form two-person groups for oral English practice, I’m concerned about the possible issues.
Students’ speaking skills levels differ. If paired together, one may find the practice too easy while the other too difficult, failing to help both improve. So it would be great if we were grouped based on speaking ability levels. Or we could be grouped with those having the same interests, which can make our practice more fun.
