Not far from the entrance, a stage has been set up for the main events. First, a local band will welcome visitors with popular animal-themed songs. Then the band will be joined by dancers in animal costumes, who will invite the audience to dance. A magician will come on stage after the dancers and perform magic tricks with animals. You’ll find the most amazing moment when he makes the baby elephant disappear. After the magician’s show, head to the souvenir shop to see other fun activities. In front of the shop, there are spots for children to listen to stories about wild animals. Behind the shop, artists will paint visitors’ faces to look like their favorite animals. When I visited, I got a tiger face-painting, while my parents got monkey designs. Opposite the shop, there’s an open-air food stand with a huge variety of dishes. If you’re hungry, you can buy some tasty snacks for lunch. Eating lunch at the zoo is exciting because you can hear animal sounds all around.
A
Four of Europe’s Best Beginner
HikesThe Chemin de Puy, France
Length: 40 miles
Time: 4 days
We’ve picked a short section through rural Gascony, starting in auze, where the land is rich and green, the gentle hills easily tackled and the food and wine always appealing. You need to walk against the flow of hikers to reach the loveliest town. For three miles before you reach it, hilltop Lectoure attracts you with rolling wheat fields. Once there, expect to be greeted by cafes and old walls.
Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Italy
Length: 5.5 miles
Time: 3 — 4 hours
It surrounds three of the most impressive rock walls yet the path is broad and steady throughout. It begins and ends at a series of car parks by the Rifugio Auronzo (access is controlled and there’s a fee to pay). Hike it in June or September to avoid the high-summer crowds and bring a pair of telescopic hiking poles if you’re tackling it in June, in case there’s still snow on the path.
Heidschnuckenweg, Germany
Length: 30 miles
Time: 3 days
The path is easy with hills no higher than 555 feet and is broad and sandy for most of its length. Hike it in late August when the heather blooms (石楠花盛开) and turns the landscape into a sea of purple. The three-day stretch provided by stages 3 to 5, from Handeloh to Bispingen, offers a lovely taster — with rail access at either end and some peaceful villages for overnight stops.
Hadrian’s Wall, England
Length: 21 miles
Time: 4 — 5 days
The central section of Hadrian’s Wall, from Birdoswald to Chollerford, is a long and continuous treat, packed with amazing ruins. The long-distance path that follows the wall is well-maintained and is shadowed by a lower, flatter route. Just remember to keep each day’s walking short. That way you’ll have time to explore key sites and museums.
21.Which of the following can be completed within a day
A.The hike to Hadrian’s Wall, England. B.The hike to Heidschnuckenweg, Germany.
C.The hike to Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Italy. D.The hike to the Chemin de Puy, France.
22.Why are visitors advised to hike Heidschnuckenweg in late August
A.They can admire flowers. B.They can avoid the crowds.
C.They can park cars for free. D.They can explore a snowy path.
23.Who are most likely to be attracted by Hadrian’s Wall, England
A.Hikers expert in gardening. B.Hikers curious about rock art.
C.Hikers with a passion for history. D.Hikers with a good taste for coffee.
【答案】21.C 22.A 23.C

根据Heidschnuckenweg, Germany部分中“Hike it in late August when the heather blooms (石楠花盛开) and turns the landscape into a sea of purple.(在八月下旬去徒步吧,那时石楠花花盛开,整个景色会变成一片紫色的海洋)”可知,游客在八月底可以欣赏到该地的石楠花盛开之景。故选A。
根据Hadrian’s Wall, England部分中“The central section of Hadrian’s Wall, from Birdoswald to Chollerford, is a long and continuous treat, packed with amazing ruins.(哈德良长城的中部段,从伯迪斯瓦尔到乔勒福德这一段,是一段漫长而连贯的美景所在,沿途遍布着令人惊叹的遗迹)”和“Just remember to keep each day’s walking short. That way you’ll have time to explore key sites and museums.(只需记住,每天的步行路程要短一些。这样你就有时间去参观重要的景点和博物馆了)”可知,对历史充满热情的远足者最有可能被Hadrian’s Wall吸引。故选C。
B
The lights from the cottage windows disappear, as we follow a dark footpath through a field into the open countryside. Thick clouds prevent the moonlight from lighting up the way ahead. Yet, as my eyes begin to get used to the darkness, the landscape around me reveals itself in a new light.
Mount Caburn, an iron-age hill fort, looks like shadows against the sky. On the horizon is a tree bent by the wind. The outcrop (露出的部分) at the top of the field turns out to be a flock of sleeping sheep. A fox cries, a pheasant (野鸡) crows, and the air is full of a strong earthy scent.
“For most of human history, man lived in close contact with the land,” says Nigel Berman, my guide. “Only in the past few hundred years have we shut ourselves off from our natural surroundings. Walking at night is a powerful way of reconnecting. When your vision is reduced, your other senses are sharpened.”
Nigel and I walk from the village of Glynde across the South Downs towards the town of Lewes. It is a walk I know well by day, but at night everything is different, and a familiar stroll becomes a mini adventure. When Nigel told me not to bring a torch, I was alarmed. I can’t remember the last time I used my night vision and I’m not even sure how it works.
Normally, at this time of night, I would be having a glass of wine in front of the television, but being out in the countryside is a purer form of relaxation. I forget about work and family tensions, and begin to blend into the surroundings. There is no one other than Nigel to see or hear me and, with little visual distraction, my mind calms. I am aware of the breeze on my face, the rustle (沙沙声) of leaves, and as I watch the clouds slowly changing colour against the sky like a natural sound and light show, it feels mesmeric.
As we reach the top, Lewes appears below as a twinkly mass of lights, a sight I would generally consider inviting. In just a few hours, however, I find myself reluctant to walk back down. Walking at night is like discovering a new world on your doorstep. As Henry David Thoreau wrote in Night and Moonlight: “Night is certainly more novel and less profane (世俗的) than day.”
24.The underlined word in the last but one paragraph probably means “________”.
A.interesting B.fascinating C.frightening D.disappointing
25.According to the article, what was the author’s greatest concern before the night walk
A.That he might disturb wild animals. B.That he wouldn’t be able to see without a torch.
C.That he might feel bored along the way. D.That he would encounter bad weather.
26.According to the article, the author did NOT see ________ during the night walk.
①rare birds ②a new moon ③farm animals ④leafless trees ⑤moving clouds
A.①②④ B.①③⑤ C.①②③④ D.②③④⑤
27.What can we infer from the article about the author
A.He had gone for a walk on his own at night before.
B.He intentionally picked a cloudy night for his walk.
C.He successfully reached the top of the mountain before sunrise.
D.He started to know how to manage family tensions after the night walk.
【答案】24.B 25.B 26.A 27.C
根据画线词的上文“Normally, at this time of night, I would be having a glass of wine in front of the television, but being out in the countryside is a purer form of relaxation. I forget about work and family tensions, and begin to blend into the surroundings. (通常在这个深夜时分,我本该端着酒杯坐在电视机前。但此刻置身乡野,却体验到了一种更为纯粹的放松。工作的压力、家庭的烦忧都被抛诸脑后,我渐渐与周围的环境融为一体)”可知,在夜间行走让作者感到放松,作者开始融入环境;再结合画线词所在句“I am aware of the breeze on my face, the rustle (沙沙声) of leaves, and as I watch the clouds slowly changing colour against the sky like a natural sound and light show (我能感受到微风拂面,听见树叶沙沙作响,当我注视着云朵在天空中缓缓变幻色彩,宛如一场天然的光影秀时)”可知,作者深切感受着自然景象的变化,此时作者应该觉得这幅景象是迷人的,画线词意思是“迷人的”,与fascinating“迷人的”含义最接近。故选B项。
根据第四段中“When Nigel told me not to bring a torch, I was alarmed. I can’t remember the last time I used my night vision and I’m not even sure how it works. (当Nigel叫我不要带手电筒时,我感到很惊慌。我记不清上一次使用夜视能力是什么时候了,甚至不确定它是否还管用)”可知,作者最大的担忧是没有手电筒可能无法看清路。故选B项。
26.细节理解题。根据第一段中“Thick clouds prevent the moonlight from lighting up the way ahead. (厚厚的云层遮蔽了月光,使得前方的道路一片漆黑)”、第二段中“The outcrop (露出的部分) at the top of the field turns out to be a flock of sleeping sheep. (田地边缘隆起的小丘,原来是一群熟睡的羊)”和第五段中“as I watch the clouds slowly changing colour against the sky like a natural sound and light show (当我注视着云朵在天空中缓缓变幻色彩,宛如一场天然的光影秀时)”可知,作者看到了农场的动物和移动的云,未见到稀有鸟类、新月和无叶的树。故选A项。
根据最后一段中“As we reach the top, Lewes appears below as a twinkly mass of lights, a sight I would generally consider inviting. (当我们登顶时,Lewes镇在下方闪烁着点点灯火——这般景象平日定会让我心驰神往)”可知,作者登上山顶时镇上仍都亮着灯,由此推知此时还没日出。故选C项。
C
Enric Sala is a former university professor, and quit the academic field to become a full-time environmental protector. In 2008, he founded Pristine Seas, a project that combines exploration, research, public policy and media to inspire the creation of ocean protection areas. It aims to protect at least 30% of the ocean by 2030 for the benefit of nature and humanity. Less than 8% is currently protected.
To date, the project has helped to create 29 of the largest ocean reserves on the planet, covering an area of over 6.9 million square kilometers, an area which is twice the size of India. The achievements are the result of Enric’s 36 trips across the globe, from the Southern Line Islands to Greenland and Alaska.
The ongoing ocean protection efforts show Enric’s lifelong passion. He says he admires a famous French filmmaker and undersea explorer. Growing up in Catalonia in the 1970s, he would sit in front of TV watching his hero every Sunday. He was fascinated by the amazing places, the brave underwater explorers and the wonderful creatures. All was what he wanted to do in his life.
Enric writes that in the last century alone, humans have removed over 90% of the ocean’s large fish, yet less than 8%of the ocean is under protection. It is possible to make the ocean continuously beneficial to people and the planet. All humans must do is rewild the sea. Enric writes that preserving the planet’s wild places, on land and in the ocean, is a matter of human survival and economic importance in his book, The Nature of Nature: Why We Need the Wild, published in 2020. The process of rewilding, or recovering and protecting natural processes, allows nature to do the hard work for us.
Mentioning the successes of wildlife recovery in Yellowstone National Park, Mozambique National Parks, and the Southern Line Islands, Enric adds that our natural world can be a lasting and strong engine of regeneration (再生), and that we just need to give it some space.
28.What is the goal of Pristine Seas by the year they set
A.To protect at least a third of the ocean.
B.To conserve a minimum of 30% of the ocean.
C.To document underwater species in Catalonia.
D.To build 29 of the largest ocean reserves on Earth.
29.What inspired Enric to devote himself to ocean protection
A.His dream of becoming a famous sea explorer.
B.His tiring experience as a university professor.
C.His passion for the unknown underwater world.
D.His admiration for what a French filmmaker did.
30.According to Enric, what is essential to hold the ocean’s benefits to humans
A.Rewilding the sea. B.Strengthening fishing activities.
C.Increasing ocean exploration. D.Educating people on marine life.
31.Why does Enric mention the example of the wildlife recovery successes
A.To highlight the importance of national parks.
B.To prove that nature can regenerate if given space.
C.To criticize the impact of human activities on wildlife.
D.To compare different methods of environmental protection.
【答案】28.B 29.D 30.A 31.B
根据第一段中的“It aims to protect at least 30% of the ocean by 2030 for the benefit of nature and humanity.(为了自然和人类的利益,该项目旨在到2030年保护至少30%的海洋。)”
根据第三段中的“He says he admires a famous French filmmaker and undersea explorer. Growing up in Catalonia in the 1970s, he would sit in front of TV watching his hero every Sunday. He was fascinated by the amazing places, the brave underwater explorers and the wonderful creatures. All was what he wanted to do in his life.(他说他钦佩一位著名的法国电影制作人和海底探险家。20世纪70年代在加泰罗尼亚长大的他,每个星期天都会坐在电视机前观看他的英雄。他被那些神奇的地方、勇敢的水下探险家和奇妙的生物所吸引。这些都是他一生想做的事。)”可知,Enric受一位法国电影制作人所做之事的激励,投身海洋保护事业。故选D项。
30.细节理解题。根据第四段中的“It is possible to make the ocean continuously beneficial to people and the planet. All humans must do is rewild the sea.(让海洋持续造福人类和地球是可能的。人类所要做的就是让海洋恢复野生状态。)”可知,Enric认为,让海洋持续为人类带来益处的关键是让海洋恢复野生状态。故选A项。
根据最后一段中的“Mentioning the successes of wildlife recovery in Yellowstone National Park, Mozambique National Parks, and the Southern Line Islands, Enric adds that our natural world can be a lasting and strong engine of regeneration, and that we just need to give it some space.(提到黄石国家公园、莫桑比克国家公园和南线群岛的野生动物恢复成功案例,Enric补充说,我们的自然世界可以成为一个持久而强大的再生引擎,我们只需要给它一些空间。)”
D
Correcting the gigabytes (千兆字节) of digital misinformation that circulate at high speed online is a never-ending task. YouTube removed more than half a million channels last year for broadcasting misinformation. The powerful fact-checking organizations that try to keep the Internet honest face more claims than they can handle. How should they prioritize
Checkers came up with a new approach: forecasting which claims are most dangerous and thus which most deserve to be put under the microscope. Researchers from the University of Westminster developed a classifying system to sort dangerous misinformation from everyday nonsense.
One test of a false claim is whether enough people will believe it so that it can cause any harm. To swing an election with misinformation, you need to persuade many people; to fool someone with fake medicine you need to convince only one. Another test is whether those believing a false claim have the capacity to act on it. Some people may be misled that Wi-Fi signals can kill plants, for example, but are unlikely to change their behaviour. The researchers estimated that, of the false claims in their sample, 57% were unlikely to contribute to any specific real-world effect.
Of the remaining, potentially consequential misinformation, the checkers considered whether the consequence would be “direct” — such as persuading people to buy certain kind of goods, or “cumulative”, contributing to a false narrative about so-called success science, say. The claims were roughly evenly divided. “Cumulative” harm is harder to assess in a short time, says Peter Cunliffe Jones of the University of Westminster, but large data sets make it possible to see how often a claim is repeated, and thus when a narrative is forming.
Time devoted to selecting which false claims to check is probably well spent. It takes five minutes to sort a claim, whereas carrying out a thorough check takes five to six hours. The fact-checking world needs to get more systematic in its approach, says Mr. Cunliffe Jones. “If this community is going to learn anything from this ... it’s that data is the future.”
32.What is the main challenge fact-checking organizations meet
A.Lack of professional fact-checkers.
B.Difficulty in accessing reliable data.
C.Resistance from social media platforms.
D.The overwhelming amount of information.
33.In which case may a false claim be classified into “most dangerous”
A.It targets ordinary people. B.It brings about an action.
C.It disguises itself with science. D.It spreads on many social media.
34.What is the closest in meaning with the underlined word “cumulative” in paragraph 4
A.Equal. B.Complete. C.Gradual. D.Instant.
35.What can be inferred from the last paragraph
A.It’s up to data to keep the Internet honest.
B.Most false claims require thorough checks.
C.It wastes too much to classify misinformation.
D.Selecting matters more than thorough checks.
【答案】32.D 33.B 34.C 35.A
根据第一段句子“The powerful fact-checking organizations that try to keep the Internet honest face more claims than they can handle.(试图维护互联网真实性的强大事实核查组织面临的虚假言论数量超出了它们的处理能力。)”
根据第三段的句子“One test of a false claim is whether enough people will believe it so that it can cause any harm.(检验虚假言论的一个标准是,是否有足够多的人相信它,以至于它会造成任何伤害。)”和“Another test is whether those believing a false claim have the capacity to act on it.(另一个测试是那些相信虚假言论的人是否有能力对此采取行动。)”
根据第四段句子“Of the remaining, potentially consequential misinformation, the checkers considered whether the consequence would be “direct” — such as persuading people to buy certain kind of goods, or “cumulative”, contributing to a false narrative about so-called success science, say.(核查人员对剩下的、可能造成影响的不实信息进行了考量:影响是‘直接的’——比如说服人们购买某类商品;还是‘cumulative’——助推形成关于所谓成功学的错误说法。)”
末段强调“data is the future(数据是未来)”,并指出“The fact-checking world needs to get more systematic in its approach(事实核查世界需要在方法上更加系统化)”“Time devoted to selecting which false claims to check is probably well spent.(把时间花在选择哪些虚假言论需要检查上可能是值得的。)” 故选A项。
When people first come across the Law of Attraction (吸引力法则), their hearts and minds often immediately think of one specific thing that they’d love to achieve in their lives. However, the next thought is often “But I can’t do that”. You may come up with all kinds of excuses. 36 Here are the reasons why you should believe you can use the Law of Attraction to obtain whatever you want.
Small steps create big changes. One of the most common reasons for abandoning dreams is that they simply seem too huge to realize. Usually it’s manageable to think of following your dream as taking a series of significant but small steps. 37 Then look at each of them. Not so unrealistic now, is it
38 When people are interviewed on their deathbeds or write about their lives in autobiographies (自传), it is often observed that major regrets tend to relate to things that were not done. In older age, it’s likely that you will be uncomfortable with the idea that you didn’t even try to do the thing that you loved or attempt to obtain what you truly wanted. 39 But you don’t ever need to feel this way! Make today the first day of your new journey towards avoiding regret.
Steps towards your dream are never backwards steps. Another common worry is that if you follow your dreams, you’ll be “taking steps back”. 40 However, what looks like backward steps in your old life can more productively and accurately be seen as forwarding steps in the brand new life you’re creating.
A.You can avoid regret.
B.It makes sense to move forward confidently.
C.Luckily, the truth is that it’s never too late to follow your dream.
D.It often comes up when people are at the top of careers they hate.
E.It is painful to feel like you haven’t ever found your true purpose.

【答案】36.C 37.F 38.A 39.E 40.D
36.根据上文“You may come up with all kinds of excuses. (你可能会想出各种各样的借口。)”提到不想付诸行动的各种借口,可知本空要谈到解决这一问题的方案。下文“Here are the reasons why you should believe you can use the Law of Attraction to obtain whatever you want. (下面是为什么你应该相信你可以利用吸引力法则得到你想要的任何东西的原因。)”提到建议和方法,可知本空是对下文的概括。选项C项“Luckily, the truth is that it’s never too late to follow your dream. (幸运的是,事实是,追逐梦想永远不会太晚。)”起到承上启下作用。故选C项。
37.上文“Usually it’s manageable to think of following your dream as taking a series of significant but small steps. (通常情况下,你可以把追求梦想看成是一系列重要而又小的步骤。)”说明可以把追求梦想看成重要而又小的步骤。F项“For example, challenge yourself to write down the path to success in ten stages. (例如,挑战自己,把通往成功的道路分为十个阶段。)”为具体举例解释这一方法,和上文内容意思一致,为上文内容的语意递进。故选F项。
38.该空为段首,总结该段内容。根据下文“When people are interviewed on their deathbeds or write about their lives in autobiographies (自传), it is often observed that major regrets tend to relate to things that were not done. In older age, it’s likely that you will be uncomfortable with the idea that you didn’t even try to do the thing that you loved or attempt to obtain what you truly wanted. (当人们在弥留之际接受采访,或在自传中讲述他们的生活时,我们常常发现,主要的遗憾往往与没有做过的事情有关。在年老的时候,你很可能会因为你甚至没有尝试做你喜欢的事情或试图获得你真正想要的东西而感到不舒服。)”可知,遗憾往往与没有做过的事情有关。A项“You can avoid regret. (你可以避免后悔。)”总结下文内容,引出下文中讲到的人们往往会因为什么而后悔。故选A项。
39.上文“In older age, it’s likely that you will be uncomfortable with the idea that you didn’t even try to do the thing that you loved or attempt to obtain what you truly wanted. (在年老的时候,你很可能会因为你甚至没有尝试做你喜欢的事情或试图获得你真正想要的东西而感到不舒服。)”提到没有尝试做你喜欢的事情或试图获得你真正想要的东西会使自己感到遗憾。下文“But you don’t ever need to feel this way! (但是你不需要有这种感觉!)”说明空处提到了某种感觉。E项“It is painful to feel like you haven’t ever found your true purpose. (感觉自己还没有找到自己真正的目标是很痛苦的。)”为对上文内容的语意递进,同时引起下文,下文中提到的“feel this way (这种感觉)”指的就是该句中的内容。故选E项。
40.上文“Another common worry is that if you follow your dreams, you’ll be “taking steps back”. (另一个常见的担忧是,如果你追随梦想,你会“倒退”。)”提到追随梦想,你会有“倒退”的这种担忧。下文“However, what looks like backward steps in your old life can more productively and accurately be seen as forwarding steps in the brand new life you’re creating. (然而,在你的旧生活中,那些看起来像是倒退的步骤,可以更有效、更准确地被视为你正在创造的全新生活中的前进步骤。)”为转折,说明这些担忧可能是创造的全新生活中的前进步骤。D项“It often comes up when people are at the top of careers they hate. (当人们处于自己讨厌的职业巅峰时,这种情况就会出现。)”起到承上启下作用,说明上文提到的情况。故选D项。

【答案】
56.on 57.and 58.has been released 59.Living 60.villagers 61.a 62.why 63.who 64.to exchange 65.publicly
故填on。
故填and。
故填has been released。
故填a。
故填who。
故填to exchange。

It is the last day of fourth grade. Outside of my classroom I fearfully opened the envelope that held my academic report card. “Please, I just want to pass.” I prayed in my heart. “Promoted to fifth grade,” the report read. I was letting out a loud sigh of relief when my eyes went to the words on the bottom. “Teacher: Mrs. Walitt.”
“What ” I looked closer, certain I’d misread, but now the name seemed to jump off the page in 3D.This wasn’t possible. Mrs. Walitt taught first grade. My one comfort about school was that this woman-literally my least favorite teacher on the planet-would never teach me. I was no favorite of hers either.
I was self-conscious about my stutter (口吃), and tried to make up for it by speaking and reading out loud. That past year I’d been frequently pulled from my regular class for special tutoring in a room shared with Mrs. Walitt’s first graders. One day early on, Mrs. Walitt called me out from across the room. “Quiet down,” she said. “You’re interrupting us.”
I instantly responded. “Oh, just leave me alone!” I said.
“You’d better be glad you’re not in my class, young man. I’d put you in your place.”
I’d been taught by my parents to respect my teachers. But all my frustration came pouring out of me. I said, “You will never be my teacher.” No matter how badly I did in school, I was sure I wouldn’t have to repeat first grade.
For the rest of the year, Mrs. Walitt and I didn’t have much communication.
Now Mrs. Walitt was having the last laugh. On the first day of fifth grade, I sat unhappy in the last row. “Welcome to fifth grade,” she announced once we were settled. “I expect students to come to school ready to learn...” She went on and on, talking about the orders. I felt quite bored.
注意:1. 续写词数应为150个左右;
But the moment she began teaching, an entirely different Mrs. Walitt appeared.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
With Mrs. Walitt’s constant encouragement, my grades improved beyond belief.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
But the moment she began teaching, an entirely different Mrs. Walitt appeared. I had to admit she could be funny and engaging. Through her vivid descriptions, the boring knowledge came to life. I hung on Mrs. Walitt’s words so much that at one point, I forgot myself and shot up my hand. Instead of feeling bothered, she was interested in what I said. Mrs. Walitt always had the power to keep us on the edge of our seats. Gradually, I got used to participating in her class with her praise and encouragement. To my amazement, I was stuttering less and less.
With Mrs. Walitt’s constant encouragement, my grades improved beyond belief. For the first time in my life, I was bringing home A’s. Mrs. Walitt moved me from the lower reading and writing level to the advanced. I beamed with pride and worked even harder. More than that, Mrs. Walitt made me feel like I could accomplish anything with enough focus. Fifth grade had been my favorite year of school ever. On the last day, I opened my report card. “Promoted to the sixth grade,” I read. “Advanced class.” And I knew I owed it all to Mrs. Walitt.

A
Four of Europe’s Best Beginner

①rare birds ②a new moon ③farm animals ④leafless trees ⑤moving clouds
A.①②④ B.①③⑤ C.①②③④ D.②③④⑤

A.He had gone for a walk on his own at night before.
B.He intentionally picked a cloudy night for his walk.
C.He successfully reached the top of the mountain before sunrise.
D.He started to know how to manage family tensions after the night walk.

F.For example, challenge yourself to write down the path to success in ten stages.
G.You have enough life experience and knowledge to make changes to pursue your dream.

注意:1. 续写词数应为150个左右;
But the moment she began teaching, an entirely different Mrs. Walitt appeared.

With Mrs. Walitt’s constant encouragement, my grades improved beyond belief.
