一、基本结构
主语 + 谓语动词 + it + 宾语补足语 adj/ n+ 真正的宾语（不定式、动名词或从句）
例如：I find it difficult to learn a foreign language.
二、常见谓语动词
1. 表示“认为、觉得”类的动词，如 think、believe、consider、feel、make 等。
（我认为保持均衡的balanced饮食很重要。）
I think it important to keep a balanced diet.
（我们认为每天锻炼很有必要。）
We consider it necessary to do exercise every day.
2. 表示“发现、察觉”类的动词，如 find、discover、notice 等。
（她发现和他相处很难。）She found it hard to get along with him.
