Learn to eat more foods that grow naturally on trees and plants. Have meals on time every day and remember not to go to school or work without breakfast. For it is more important than lunch or dinner.

Work for forty minutes every day. Make time to practice some other exercise, such as Yoga and Taiji. They offer us daily energy for our busy lives. Smile and make at least three people smile each day.
Forget and forgive.

How to have a good nap You must remember the following: Make it quick, plan it early, and get comfortable. Here are ways.
Daily naps work for some people, but if you feel like you need to nap every day just to feel comfortable, it shows that you’re not sleeping enough at night. Naps shouldn’t give help to sleepless nights.
The best time to nap is between 20 and 30 minutes. If your nap takes a longer time, it can stop you from sleeping at night, and will make you feel more tired when you wake up. A shorter nap keeps you in lighter sleep, but it is enough to help you feel comfortable when you wake up.
You might end up doing most of your napping on the sofa or at your desk, but napping in bed is better. You can always see some people just sleeping in a chair, but they’ll take the best nap if they’re in bed, because their body feels the most comfortable sleeping there.
