Look and say: Observe the pictures and try to fill in the blanks with the superlative forms and the phrases given to learn how to recommend the best of Chenzhou. Ss: I think …. is the best place because it is the most beautiful…. Step 3. Pre-writing. Task3. Group work: Work with their group members to talk about the best of Chenzhou and the reasons why they are the best. Task4. Read the sample: Read for the first time to find out what Miss Liu thinks is the best.Then read again to figure out the structure and the language. Step 3. While-writing. Task5.Write for Chenzhou: Ss work in group to write a passage to recommend the best of Chenzhou and give their reasons by using hamburger writing. Make an assessment according to the assessment sheet. Step 4. Post-writing. Think about what they can do to make Chenzhou better. Step 5. Summary.
