副词的比较级与最高级
Millie came third in the race. She ran fast.副词原级
Sandy came second in the race. She ran faster than Millie.副词比较级
Amy came first in the race. She ran the fastest.副词最高级
副词原级 比较级 最高级
大多数短副词 fast 末尾加er faster 末尾加est fastest
长副词 quickly more + 原级 more quickly most + 原级 most quickly
一些不规则副词 well badly far 无规则 better worse further/farther 无规则 best worst furthest/farthest
副词最高级前面使用限定词the，the通常可以省略。
例：She plays volleyball (the) best in her class.
The boy jumped (the) highest among the students.
有些词既可以作形容词又可作副词。
比如early far fast hard high late long...
例：Sandy got up early this morning to catch the early bus.
Sorry I'm late because I got up late this morning.
注1. come + 序数词 得第...名
例：come first/second/third...
2. She draws better than any other student in my class.
any 指任何一个， 名词student用单数
= She draws better than the other students in my class.
= She draws (the) best in my class.
3. far作副词时，比较级有两种：further和farther。
最高级也有两种furthest和farthest。
further和farther用法上的区别：
farther：(距离或路程)更远
例：She lives farther from the school than me.
她住得离学校比我更远。
further：(距离或路程)更远，(程度上)更进一步，更深入
例：I want to study English further. 我想进一步学习英语。
I can't walk any further, because I'm so tired.
我走不了更远，因为我太累了。
