We use why to ask for reasons.
We use because to give direct reasons 直接原因 .
Its tone（语气） is strong . .
We never use the conjunction so in sentences with because.
because of 也可表达直接的原因，后接名词代词或动名词。一般情况下可以和because 引导的从句互换。
1. 由于生病，他不能来。
He can’t come ___because____he is ill.
= He can’t come ___because of_______his illness.
Since&as
Since and as are also used to give reasons for something.
Usually the reasons are already known（显而易见的原因）.
Their tone is weaker than because.语气比because弱
Since and as are used in the same way and have no difference in meaning. Since与as意思相同
because/ since/ as 的用法区别
