How can we have a good nap You must remember the following: Make it quick, plan it early, and get comfortable. Here are some ways. Daily naps work for some people, but if you feel like you need to nap every day just to feel comfortable, it shows that you’re not sleeping enough at night. Naps don’t help with sleepless nights. The best time to nap is between 20 and 30 minutes. If your nap takes a longer time, it can stop you from sleeping at night, and will make you feel more tired when you wake up. A shorter nap keeps you in lighter sleep, but it is enough to help you feel comfortable when you wake up. You might end up doing most of your napping on the sofa or at your desk, but napping in bed is better.
