A Wonderful Trip to Shanghai
Last month, I had a wonderful two-day trip to Shanghai with my parents. It’s one of the most amazing Asian cities I’ve ever visited—full of culture and charm.
On the first day, we went to the Bund. There are many old Western-style buildings there, each with a unique story. My dad told me some of these buildings were built over 100 years ago! In the evening, we walked along the Huangpu River and watched the buildings light up—they looked like golden palaces. We also tried xiaolongbao, a famous local food—they were juicy and delicious.
On the second day, we visited Yu Garden. It’s a traditional Chinese garden with small bridges, lotus ponds and ancient pavilions. I took many photos of the beautiful scenery, especially the red lanterns hanging everywhere. Later, we went to Xintiandi, where we saw shikumen buildings—they are a mix of Chinese and Western styles, and now there are many nice cafes and shops inside.
This trip made me love Shanghai more. It’s a city where tradition meets modernity, and I hope to visit it again soon!
精彩的上海之旅
上个月，我和父母去上海进行了一次精彩的两日游。它是我去过的最迷人的亚洲城市之一——充满文化与魅力。
第一天，我们去了外滩。那里有很多古老的西式建筑，每一栋都有独特的故事。爸爸告诉我，其中一些建筑建于100多年前！晚上，我们沿着黄浦江散步，看着建筑亮起灯光——它们像金色的宫殿。我们还尝了当地著名的美食小笼包，汁水丰富，味道鲜美。
第二天，我们参观了豫园。这是一座中国传统园林，有小桥、荷塘和古色古香的亭子。我拍了很多美景照片，尤其是到处悬挂的红灯笼。之后，我们去了新天地，看到了石库门建筑——这种建筑融合了中西方风格，现在里面有很多不错的咖啡馆和商店。
