The rules for forming nouns with the suffixes -ance, -(t)ion, -ness, -ity:

规则：加在形容词后面 ，构成抽象名词用来表示形容词所描述的性质、状态。

4. -ity
规则：常加在形容词后（部分词需对词尾做适当变化 ，如去掉不发音 -e 等），构成名词，表达与原形容词相关的性质、状态或情况。
