Mobile phones have become a big part of teenagers' lives. They bring both good and bad effects.
On the positive side, phones are very useful. For example, students can use them to look up information for their homework. They can also use apps to learn new languages. On the negative side, phones can cause problems. Some teenagers spend too much time playing games, which is bad for their studies. Also, looking at the screen for a long time can hurt their eyes.
All in all, mobile phones are helpful tools, but they can also be harmful. Teenagers should learn to use them in a smart and healthy way.
