There be句型的用法
There be句型的就近原则:
若There be后是两个或多个并列的名词,be则与靠得最近的那个名词的单复数一致。即:紧挨着它的名词是单数或不可数名词就用There is, 紧挨着它的名词是复数就用There are。

(1) There is a ruler, a book and two pencils on the desk.
桌上有一把尺子、一本书和两支铅笔。
(2) There are two pencils, a ruler and a book on the desk.
桌上有两支铅笔、一把尺子和一本书。

把两句话合并成一句话。
There is a pen on the desk.
There are two books on the desk.

There be句型有特点,主语放在be后面。
单数主语用is,复数主语要用are。
多个主语并列时,就近原则记心间。

There be 句型表示某个地方“存在”某人或某物,而have表示主语“拥有”某人或某物,作宾语的某人或某物属主语所有。
