2. Third Person Singular Verb Change Rules (Key Explanation):
General Rule: Add -s
play → plays, like → likes
Ending in s, x, ch, sh, o: Add -es
watch → watches, go → goes, fix → fixes
Consonant + y ending: Change y to i and add -es
