Yes, I've seen people break rules, like talking loudly in a library or littering. Once, on a bus, a teenager was playing videos without headphones. I felt awkward but eventually said, "Excuse me, could you please use headphones It's a bit loud." He apologized and turned it off.

英语中有很多约定俗成的修辞常用“as...as”结构来表达,有时也可省略第一个as,如:

一般用于口语中,用来表示责备或不耐烦。
come on 还可表示催促、鼓励或命令等
意为“快点;加油;赶快”等。

look after 照顾,照料 = take care of。
