Mark and Sally are taking lesson in the school art room. They have one Art lesson on Monday and one on Wednesday, Their Art teacher is Miss Zhou.
In the art room, there is a lot of art equipment. We can see bottles of paints, paintbrushes, pencils, coloured paper and scissors. In today’s Art lesson, students are making a class art project(作品). It will be a picture of a forest. Everyone is painting or drawing something for the class art project.
Mark is drawing a picture of a bird. Sally is painting a picture of a sunflower. They are going to put all of the pictures together and make one large art project.
Sally needs some help with her painting. She asks Miss Zhou for help because she always has good ideas. Then Miss Zhou tells Sally how to make her sunflower look real.

Finding the words to say how you feel isn’t always easy. But why is it important
The young people’s mental health charity Place2Be has made “My Voice Matters” the theme of this year’s Children’s Mental Health Week. The event took place at schools and online to encourage children to speak up about their feelings.
What does it mean to speak up It means saying your thoughts and feelings and being ready to hear what others think and feel. Speaking up is not about shouting the loudest. In fact, you don’t even have to talk. You can show what you like, don’t like, or what you want by writing or drawing, says Dr. Clements, who works for the charity. “It’s about finding ways to share what’s important to you,” she explains.
How can you find your voice Dr. Clements suggests practicing talking with friends, parents, or people who take care of you. If it’s hard to say how you feel, find a way that’s right for you. You can talk face-to-face or write it down. When you’re ready, “Take a deep breath and believe in yourself,” says Thurston. “Know that your opinion matters.”
