Too tired to get up Some people think schools shouldn’t start too early. Lots of doctors think so. That’s why in some places people are working for a late start time. It’s good news for students who like to lie in!
High schools in Seattle start at 8:45 am or even later! Another example is California. The state sets new rules for the schools. High schools can’t start before 8:30 am. Middle schools can’t start before 8:00 am. Why Some doctors say that students get their best sleep between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.
