Safe Cycling
Cycling is a fun way to get around. But to make sure every ride is safe , we need to follow safety rules. Here are cycling safety rules for you.
Before you start cycling, you should check your bike carefully. And you must wear a helmet !
When you're on the road,don't ride on the sidewalk.Use cycle paths. Before turning, use hand signals to let others know your plan. Stop at zebra crossings and red lights. And don't try to overtake cars.
Also, when you park your bike and aren't using it, you should lock it to keep it safe. And remember, don't do any risky things while cycling. Safety always comes first!
In short, following these cycling safety rules helps keep you and others out of danger.

Safety comes first. I think it’s necessary for our middle school students to know some tips about how to stay away from fires.
When a fire breaks out, stay calm and don’t panic. Try to leave the room as quickly as you can. Next, take a wet towel to cover your nose and mouth tightly. Keep low to the ground as you move forward, this can help you avoid the thick smoke. Also, never use the lift. Stairs are much safer. Finally, call 119 for help when you get to a safe place.
In conclusion, by following these rules, we can better protect ourselves from fires. Let’s remember these tips and stay away from fires.
