Good habits are very important because they can not only help us improve ourselves but also make it easier for us to achieve our dreams. First of all, I didn’t use to pay much attention in class, but now I listen to the teachers carefully and finish my homework on time .What’s more, I always stayed up late and seldom exercised in the past. Now I go to bed early and keep running every day. These positive changes make me healthier and learn better at school.
