Fried Potato Strips
It’s easy to make and delicious.
2 potatoes, green onion, salt and oil
First, wash 2 medium potatoes and peel their skins.
Then, cut the peeled potatoes into thin strips (be careful with the knife).
Next, heat a pan with 2 spoons of cooking oil on the stove.
Then, put the potato strips in the hot oil and stir gently for about 5 minutes.
Finally, add a little salt and some green onions, stir well, then turn off the stove and serve.
